Desirable skills include:
*Previous Montessori Experience
*Previous Experience in an Alternative Preschool Setting
(Reggio, Waldorf, Forest Kindergarten, Progressive/Constructivist)
*Wilderness First Responder Training
*Outdoor Education Experience

Seeking a candidate with 0-3 AMS, AMI or MACTE accredited Montessori Training (or willingness to begin training within the first year of employment) with experience working with toddlers. 2 year contract required, salary and benefits negotiable and based on training, education and experience.
Lead Nature Guide:

Seeking a candidate with a 4 year degree in a related field and experience in early education who enjoys being outdoors in all weather and has a passion for nature. Gardening, yoga and Spanish skills are a plus! Training provided. 2 year contract required, salary and benefits negotiable and based on training, education and experience.
Seeking a candidate with leadership experience and Montessori training for 0-3 and/or 3-6 years to join our administrative team. Must love the outdoors and be passionate about positive discipline. 2 year contract required, salary and benefits negotiable and based on training, education and experience.
