Depending on the program, this may include a parent classroom observation, a conversation with an administrator or teacher, a short visit for your child, or a trial day. This helps both the family and the school understand fit, readiness, and support needs.
When a space is offered, we guide your family through enrollment, onboarding, and the first steps into life at The Garden.

Tuition and fees are reviewed and adjusted annually, with any changes finalized before the January enrollment deadline.

- One-time monthly payment convenience fee · $65 (waived if paid in full)
- 3% credit card convenience fee
- 15% late payment fee on unpaid invoices
- $40 returned payment fee
All monthly payment amounts reflect the remaining balance after the 10% deposit is paid. All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly payment plans are still available for families who enroll after the listed payment start dates. Payment schedules and installment amounts will be adjusted based on the date of enrollment.
Scholarships
The Garden awards up to 4 (four) MMCS PreK students each academic year with a full or half-scholarship (depending on need).
The Garden also has a scholarship fund for families in need across other programs/campuses. Total number of scholarships are dependent upon availability of funds each year and awarded between January & March each year. Interested families should complete a scholarship application by January 1 to be considered for enrollment beginning in the fall.
Financial Aid
The Garden is unable to accept childcare subsidies but, in the interest of serving as many children in need as possible, we have a limited number of spots in each program reserved for families in need of assistance in order for the child to attend. The Garden utilizes the following criteria to determine a need for financial assistance. Eligibility is determined by the following factors (some or all may apply):
- Parent(s) are working or attempting to find work and receiving unemployment insurance.
- Parent(s) are in school or in a job training program.
- Child is receiving child protective services.
- Child needs part-time care to support child welfare services or if your family is experiencing a crisis.
- Child has developmental needs.
Families are required to pay a percentage of the tuition based on gross monthly income. Percentage is determined by the following factors:
- Family size
- Maximum gross monthly income
Eligibility is valid for twelve (12) months of services (June–May), provided the family remains eligible. Eligibility will be reassessed annually in January of each calendar year at time of re-enrollment.
